During the period of time they are looking into Manafort, wasn’t he working for the Podesta brothers? How Mueller takes out any ties to those two and adds connections to Trump need to be investigated.
So I guess the.fraud theory is that the bank exec made the loan in exchange for Manafort giving him the job?
