Democrats saw nothing positive in the new June jobs report that highlighted 213,000 new jobs added.

Instead, the Democratic Party issued a statement criticizing President Trump’s jobs agenda as “reckless.”

That’s sort of the default view.

And it’s not even anything like the old fashioned liberal, who believed in a free quest to find truth and beauty, but didn’t believe in serving them up on silver platters to passive recipients.

Dems have no credibility. They don’t know how to say the truth.

If a normal person does something good, they find a way to reinterpret it as bad.

A normal person did something good, and made all these passive schmoes look bad!

They have nothing else to say. Trump has demolished their reasons for "resistance;" given the lie to the "new normal" of economic stagnation that Obama sold them; already gone beyond their ability to keep up in foreign policy.

They are reduced to incoherent fussing and fuming and threatening.

Putting Americans back to work is reckless. So is having a tight labor market where HR managers actually have to do a little work to attract people who want to work there.

It is especially reckless to the Democrat agenda of growing a large dependent class who will depend on them for handouts and are less likely to buy the BS they are selling.

Reckless as can be!

For those wondering, yes, I checked and no, this isn't a parody. Parody is becoming difficult to write in the face of all this lunacy.

As for that achingly ancient "party of the rich" garbage, the Dems might want to check with their former union friends to see how they're feeling about Trump's economy. My late Dad used to say, "some people just can't stand prosperity," and he was right.

Being of a mind to survive poverty is one thing. Wanting to wallow around in it is another.

Dems screech and people report it. When Obama was president, the press said “He won. Deal with it.”

As a burger flipper myself while I was going through college, I have no animus toward that industry at all. And for those who desire the management level, they can make a decent living income. But I never saw it as a career. It was my funding source while I studied for my career.

But I would proudly do it again. All sincere work is to be honored.

Idiotic talk like this is only fueling the #WalkAway movement.

This exact sort of mindless behavior, on the part of the Dems, caused me to walk away over 25 years ago.

100%. Those jobs are vitally important if not for that single reason alone: it gives young, inexperienced workers the opportunity to get exposed to the workforce, being on time, doing a task, supervising, getting a paycheck...all that.

I am of exactly the same mindset. I did a good amount of menial work as a young man, and I learned a lot from doing it, lessons that serve me well today.

It is one of the reasons these Leftist douchebags who are pushing for increases in the minimum wage just piss me off. They are denying those young people (like we once were) an opportunity to get into the work force, earn a wage, and learn how to handle money because companies are just going to hire fewer people at those positions.

Additionally, it gives lazy no-loads who are too worthless to move out and up in the workforce a place to plant their slovenly fat asses for far longer than they should. (Yes, you can tell this one really gets me)

My first job was as a stock boy at a Ben Franklin 5 & 10 while I was in high school.

I made 95 cents an hour and generally worked about 24 hours a week.

On the other hand, we had cheap gas at 19 cents a gallon, so my almost 20 bucks a week after taxes went a long way.
