Police are investigating after a 16-year-old boy was verbally abused and assaulted at a restaurant for wearing a Make America Great Again (MAGA) hat. The incident was filmed and the video went viral.
The clip, obtained by News 4 San Antonio, sees the unidentified suspect throwing a drink in the face of 16-year-old Hunter Richard’s while saying “you ain’t supporting s***.”
Hunter, from San Antonio, Texas, was having a meal with his friends at a Whataburger restaurant in Thousands Oaks when the incident occurred.

He may say he was justified. He may say that he was just retaliating against kids that first stole his pussyhat.
The left has given itself permission to harass and assault. Those who do this need to be met with force.

They were very young, and the guy was comparatively huge. They may have been in a bit of a state of shock. If they had been a bit older, or if there were more of them, then yes, they should have responded in kind. The perp is going to start hating life real soon, if not already.

Texas Robbery Laws & Penalties
Robbery is a theft with an added element of violence. It’s because of this that it is punished more severely than a typical theft charge.
According to Texas Penal Code Title 7, Chapter 29, robbery is doing either of the following in the commission of a theft:
Intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly causing bodily injury to another, or
Intentionally or knowingly threatening or placing another in fear of imminent bodily injury or death.
Robbery is a second degree felony and carries a potential 2 to 20 years in prison and fines reaching $10,000.
Aggravated Robbery is a more serious charge.
If you are accused of committing robbery (as defined above) and you do any of the following, you could face aggravated robbery charges:
Cause serious bodily injury to another,
Use or exhibit a deadly weapon, or
Cause bodily injury to another or threaten or place another in fear of injury or death when that person is either 65 years old or disabled.
This offense is classified as a first degree felony. First degree felony convictions carry up to 99 years in prison and $10,000 in fines.
The 4chan/pol/ “weaponized autists” doxed the guy almost immediately based on the Whataburger video. They took a Whataburger cup, wrote that on it, stuck it on his mailbox and took a picture. Along with the Google Streetview pic of his house.
I see it as strong-arm Robbery. It should get them 3 to 20 years in prison.
