Minnesota-based Polaris acknowledged on Friday that it is considering moving some production of its Indian Motorcycles overseas amid concerns over new tariffs from Europe.
A spokeswoman for the company told The Associated Press that it could move some of its production to Poland from Iowa, but noted that "nothing is definitive."
"We're looking at a range of mitigation plans," the spokeswoman, Jess Rogers, told the AP. Polaris did not immediately respond to The Hill's request for comment.

Well I am an American biker,and if they move they can keep their trash.
So Harley moving their production to foreign countries, regardless if they only sell them in those foreign countries, American workers will still lose jobs and suffer while the company increases it’s own profits on their backs.

If the American market is declining and sales inadequate, moving makes sense
As Asia becomes more prosperous, the market for small motorcycles grows. It makes lots of sense to at least investigate that market. It might be possible to sell more specially tailored units in India than in the whole history of USA operations
The tariffs are irrelevant.
It is the size of potential sales that drives the efforts.
I thought Polaris made snowmobiles, and Harley made antique replica cruisers.

Harley was the first to put mufflers on bikes. Now the first thing a buyer of a Harley does is rip off the mufflers!
they will be so sorry . Trump will let them spend millions on the move and then slap them with tariffs so heavy they will cry tears of blood. If they don’t care about selling their product in America, go for it kids . personally , to me, they are no better than traitors

I was in Poland earlier this year. I swear, every third girl looked like a supermodel. I realize this isn’t the thread topic, but figured I’d point that out.

I noticed the same thing in Japan.
I have flown ANA airlines in Asia, from what I have seen, they only hire beautiful and smart Japanese babes.
The motorcycles will be for the European market, no the U.S. one. No tariffs.
