Breaking news
Someone younger than Rudy would be preferable. Rudy is already in his mid 70s.
Now, if Notorious RBG, the Wise Latina, Reliable Lib Breyer or that guy Kagan would go room temp or retire, we’ll be in good shape for awhile.
Oh, sure. I think it's part of the Separation of Church and State clause in the Constitution.

Why? He's old, anti-gun, soft on the border and pro-homo.
Heads are exploding in the media.
Elections have consequences.
I’d pass over those born in the 1950s. Not that they wouldn’t be excellent choices, just that a very long tenure on the Supreme Court. Someone in their mid-40s to mid 50s would be a good age range.
I don’t think its a 60% Senate vote anymore. I think the rules changed to a simple majority.
He voted with the majority, if I’m not mistaken. At least on the last issue. Kagen and Sotomayor have broken with tradition, and publicly blasted the decisions. And of course, we KNOW how Granny always votes.
Mad Max will demand a liberal replacement or civil war. The summer just became even more violent.
It’s a pity Robert Bork isn’t around anymore. How delicious if Trump could nominate him!
"Ginsberg's right behind him... just think, if the DNC hadn't rigged the primaries for Hillary, Bernie Sanders could be making all these Supreme Court nominations."
He hasn’t voted since DECEMBER 7! What a dishonorable, selfish man. RESIGN already!

I am pretty sure Lee removed himself from any consideration some time ago, of course that was then.
There will not now be, or ever, a retirement age appointee to the USSC.
I took a couple of classes in business law and made a B in each. I’d give it a go.
No one made an A in Mr. Dunn’s classes. He always had a gotcha on a test. I appreciate his method a lot.
