They only thing that is wow about it is that it was 5-4 and not 9-0. The activists need to go right now.Yup. We have four anti-constitutional, activist morons on the SC.
The ruling should have been an easy 9-0. An objective caveman could have made it.
To: morphing libertarian
Yes, he should have.
It’s time to stop empowering the unaccountable branch.

SUPREME COURT NARROWLY UPHOLDS THE PRESIDENT'S CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY TO PROTECT THE NATION

Justice breyer was joined by the 3 women justices in opposition. Not one of the 4 seems to know what the Presidents job is or how a Countries laws and borders work.Such an embarrassing anti American foursome.
For dinner, hen-pecked Breyer and the three boards should get a table at the Red Hen.

The same 4 assclowns that would gladly strike down the Second Amendment and allow no knock raids to confiscate civilian owned firearms.

I agree, and normally he should do that, but if he had, it would have given Richard Burr and turtlehead and the other Establishment RINOs the chance to join the dems and get rid of Trump, for “ignoring a court ruling”.

This is why women originally did not have the vote. Breyer must be a tranny.

5-4 is still a highjacked court.

Another 7 years of Trump and it may be at least 7-2 to the patriots by 2025

Exactly. This should have been an open-and-shut case, as every other President exercising similar authority has gotten a similar thumbs-up from the Court (not because they were being nice, but because this is an Executive function authorized by prior legislation).

It seems to me that if a judge’s decision had been overruled by the SC more than three times, they should be removed from the bench. Apply that suggestion to the 9th Circuit Court as well.

The Supreme Court actually managed to conclude 1 + 1 = 2. Pretty soon they may be able to figure out more complicated math. :-) It was an awfully slim majority that concluded 1+1=2. I'm not holding out hope for advanced math, just hoping a few of them stop attempting any math and are replaced by those who can get the right answer on 1+1.
