What this means to me is that we have 4 Supreme Court Justices that clearly do not understand the Constitution. They also do not understand law, because no Civil Rights act can displace the original intent of the Constitution which gave immigration power and national border protection to the Executive Branch. Sadly, 4 Justices need to be removed because they stand on the Highest Court, but don’t support the US Constitution or law.

This was a chance for Trump to have an andy jackson moment. From the first case in hawaii, he should have said the courts have no justification in national security and immigration and ignored the court action. He should have enforced the order immediately. If it was a serious issue it required action 14 months ago when he issued his restriction.
The narrowness of the margin is an indication that our security is in the hands of judges and not the CIC.
The fact it is not a 9-0 decision bodes very badly for America.
Clear and easily understandable language in the legislation was simply ignored by four justices.
Justice breyer was joined by the 3 women justices in opposition.
Not one of the 4 seems to know what the Presidents job is or how a Countries laws and borders work.
The ones voting in the minority should all be impeached.
