The story of White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders being kicked out of a Virginia restaurant by the owner, Stephanie Wilkinson, takes on more context today as Mike Huckabee explained during a radio interview.

According to Mr. Huckabee the owner of the Red Hen restaurant not only kicked out Sarah Sanders and her in-laws, but she followed them to another restaurant, organized a group of people to assist her efforts, and then led the mob in continued harassment of the Sanders family.

Is the Red Hen restaurant a business engaged in public accommodation? If so, I am thinking that a lawsuit might be in order.

Neither Federal law of Virginia law prohibit discrimination at public accommodation based upon political affiliation or a person's place of employment.

I was just on Twitter and The Red Hen has a Gofundme account set up. No one is going to the place and they are trying to raise $5000.

Accoering to the website, the place is closed on Sunday and Monday, so of course no one has been going to the place since the incident on Saturday night.

Papa Huckabee does not say Sarah was stalked to another restaurant. Papa said that Sarah and husband went home and the other six in their party went to the other restaurant and Stephanie Wilkinson followed them.
