For practical purposes, we don’t have a majority now (at least part of the time) with McCain, Flake, Collins, Graham, and others who flip flop like a beached fish issue to issue.
I do believe we’ll pick up some new seats, but then the RNC/GOPe propensity to undercut our guy like they dd Roy Moore, sure doesn’t help.

Not long enough. It’s obvious now they are trying to run out the clock. Keep McTraitor alive past the primary then appoint Cindy. So Flake and McCain are replaced with 2 rinos that are just as bad as they are. Nightmare.

Looks like my vote will go to Bennett, at least for now.
I think it would be so unfair to the AZ voters because Cindy is not one to come out and discuss politics or talk to AZ citizens. I bet she’s being kept in the closet until such a time the appointment is made.

The trouble is that the Cindy appointment rumor is just that, a rumor. Whereas not a whole lot of conservatives or Republicans are holding his failure to disclose against him.
Even in a debate, he is likely not going to say.
What is really working against Cindy is that only McCain toadies seem to be pushing her to be his replacement; and McCain is about as popular as mud with everybody else.
The latest disclosure that a member of his staff was encouraging Lois Lerner to oppress conservative orgs, just reminds everyone of how much they detest McCain.
Yeah but Arizona has returned this creep to the Senate countless times. I just don’t get it. The fact that he has brain cancer and is unable to perform his duties and he STILL HAS NOT RESIGNED is sickening. As crazy as Arizonans are to keep electing him, they deserve and are paying for a full-time Senator. So disrespectful that he hasn’t resigned. What am I missing here?
As long as McCain is alive, while a sitting senator he may have immunity from prosecution for anything he’s done while serving.
