“Lucia took his case to the District of Columbia appeals court and didnt win. So he went to the Supreme Court, using a different approach. He claimed that administrative law judges used by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are officers of the government under the Constitutions appointments clause, rather than employees as the agency claimed.”
Mueller and his merry witch hunters may now have no legal standing. By this ruling has the SCOTUS invalidated Mueller’s appointment? if so, there is no there there. What a great way to start summer.
It won’t end Mueller’s “investigation”, because it his “investigation” not based upon the law. It is 100% political and operating outside the law.
Ergo, no legal decision can put an end to it.
I read the entire article. Maybe I’m dense, but I failed to connect anything in the article to Mueller.
Very interesting! Another interesting outcome is that these “officers” must be appointed by POTUS which means that President Trump can fire them at will. One more cut on the deep state.
Oh that's rich.
I guess anything to the right of Daniel Ortega's Supreme Court of Nicaragua is "conservative" to the San Diego Reader.
I wish SCOTUS would rule that Mueller can no longer wear that rubber, John Kerry Halloween mask so Americans can finally see who he is and what he looks like.
