He claimed that administrative law judges used by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are “officers” of the government under the Constitution’s appointments clause, rather than employees as the agency claimed.”

Mueller and his merry witch hunters may now have no legal standing. By this ruling has the SCOTUS invalidated Mueller’s appointment? if so, there is no there there. What a great way to start summer.

The SC should also rule that Mueller gets the crap knocked out of him for good measure.
