In short, this UN panel is a twisted farce, and the United States has no business lending it any credibility. US taxpayer dollars should not be wasted propping it up either. John Bolton watched this den of anti-Semitism and anti-Americanism from a front-row seat for years in his previous governmental role; no wonder he's cheering his Trump administration colleagues for pulling the plug. The whole damn thing is. Defund, pull out completely and kick them out.
Now let's get out of the UN entirely.
And turn UN Headquarters in NYC into a museum of Communism after the pattern of the Holocaust Museum.
The UN’s ‘Human Rights’ council is a modern day instantiation of Orwell’s Ministry of Peace (which was really always waging war) and Ministry of Truth (which was really always lying). This Human Rights Council had absolutely nothing to do about promoting or advocating for God-given rights of a human. The US is absolutely correct to get out of this Orwellian organization.

Even as a kid not really following politics I never understood why the u.n. was on U.S. soil. As an adult I know they are no friend to the U.S. and I would like to see the whole circus moved to, well, somewhere, ANYWHERE else. Europe is nice. I think they’d be happy there. No telling how much money it would save us.
Long overdue.
From the comments,people seem generally agreed....first we get out of the human rights council,then get out of the U.N.,then get the U.N. out of our country.
