Under heavy fire from press stories telling half the truth, President Trump signed an executive order Wednesday to address family separation of illegal immigrants that will almost certainly be overruled in court. To untangle the mess of misinformation that has come out over the past few days, we must review the legal history and motivations of the people involved. At that point, the upcoming events in this debate will become somewhat predictable.
To start, there are obvious reasons why apprehended illegal immigrants are entitled to due process, including trials and appeals, prior to deportation. This can be a lengthy process and takes time. The majority of illegal immigrants will not make bail and will be detained during the process.

The near future is fairly obvious. Over the upcoming weeks, Democratic voters who are currently celebrating a win will turn against the executive order as they realize it did not achieve the DNC goal of ending the zero tolerance policy. Next, news will surface that, armed with SCOTUS precedents, an appeals court (almost certainly the 9th Circuit of Appeals) will strike down the executive order as illegal. Sometime later, the SCOTUS will almost certainly agree, as the legislative landscape will not change. The inevitable conclusion from these events is nearly where we are now: President Trump will square off with the DNC again, insisting that lack of legislation allowing families to be detained together is the cause of families being separated. This time, most Americans will understand that an executive order can’t keep families awaiting trial together. The only question is, will the DNC be honest about their goal of using the familial separation to end zero tolerance, or will they find yet another way to obscure their true goals?

Oh no, were were assured for weeks by Dems, MSNBC, CNN, NBC,...MSM, Time, Newsweek ....that there was no law stopping Trump from doing this...now they tell us there is....

No. The DNC has never been honest about their goals. Their current goal is the destruction of our Constitutional Republic and our entry into the NWO vision of a united world.They hate us. They hate this country and they work every day for our destruction.
Why are foreign, criminal invaders allowed to have trials instead of immediately being deported?

Will the DNC be honest?
Answer is obvious.
The DNC or the media?
Is they even distinguishable between each other?
The media is no longer made up of journalists telling the news.
It is a political party. Period.

Beacuse our NWO courts have ruled that once an invader has set foot on American soil, they have more rights than American citizens.

The Democrats absolutely do have as one of their goals amnesty. They also have as one of their goals turning legal Hispanics against Republicans even though the Republicans are a much closer ideological fit (including being opposed to illegal immigration).
But personally I think the immigration scandal is closer to the “rant of the week” that Democrats have been doing for about two years now. And don’t underestimate the value of burying the congressional hearings into the IG report.
Another chess game where Trump is three moves ahead.

Democrates do not want to “fix” illegal immigration, they want to a) run the clock out so they can impeach Trump and reverse everything he’s done and b) have it as a perpetual issue to run on.
Nothing is more important than maintaining the Republican majority in the House and Senate, and everything has to be subservient to that goal. Because otherwise: Speaker Pelosi, Impeachment, and the end of MAGA.
Thus, I don’t care what Trump does as long as it is in support of this priority.
AS long as President Trump stands firm on this he wins. The left will blow their tops every single day but Presidents Trump’s base will stand up for him. And he will attract more and more support as people realize he’s standing for something. He cannot lose on this as long as he stays the course.
That is not the question.
The question is, will the DNC be honest that they want laws selectively enforced for some but not for others?
If we really want to play this out, there can be no other conclusion except that Congress is nothing but show these days, since Democrats insist that the laws they pass NOT be enforced by the President. If that's the case, then why have a Congress at all?
Why have a Constitution at all?
