Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was forced to leave a trendy Mexican restaurant in Washington, DC, Tuesday night when protesters descended on the eatery shouting “Shame!”
Demonstrators occupied DXDC Cocina Mexicana at around 8 p.m. as Nielsen was attempting to have a meal with an unidentified man, according to a video posted on Facebook.

It was the famously big gummint friendly DC police or some pissed off lefty who had known for HOURS beforehand that she would be there.
The commies were amenable to the daring move because the APPEARANCE of the spectacle would conform to the preferred lefty narrative of “righteously outraged brown underdogs chase rich Scandinavian top cop from taqueria”.

It's a possibility, but the protestors would have to have had a fast reaction time to the tip.
The cops in charge of her personal security would have had more advance notice of where she planned to be. If so, that is far more worrisome. A tip which results in protesters arriving could just as easily have turned into an assassination. The DHS secretary likely has been thinking the same thoughts.
As others are saying, I’m beginning to lean on the likelihood that the tipster was an Obama SwampDweller holdover at DHS.
And given the risks of assassination, I hope the Trump Administration looks very hard into this incident to find out exactly how it happened.
i would have finished my meal, though. Screw them. Management should of had those a holes kicked out.
