News cycles change rapidly these days, and fewer and fewer people are getting their news from so-called mainstream sources. My guess is that they felt like cornered rats with Trump’s successful summit with Kim, good economy and job numbers, Trump’s rising approval numbers, Mueller’s Russian Collusion Delusion crumbling, and the IG report released, they felt it was necessary to pull out something big this early in the cycle. It reeks of desperation.
I watched the exchange on FNC last night. The bald gay Dem guy tried to play an old Dem trick and acted upset that a 10 y/o girl with Downs was “ripped” away from her mother. Corey said “wah wah”, to point out that it was typical Dem crap. The Dem went berserk (lol)

I saw the exchange and of course the media is making this out to be something that it is not. I think the ‘womp womp’ sound comes from the Charlie Brown movies and signifies when a teacher or parent drones on with the same old messages that is full of crap, probably false and needs to be tuned out. Corey unfortunately put his comments out there only to have them seized on and turned into a false narrative.
The democrap on the program said this…. “I read today about a 10-year-old girl with Down syndrome who was taken from her mother and put in a cage…” It was immediately obvious that this was a pile of stinking horse crap made up to tug on heartstrings as it fit their pattern to a tee. The trick they pull in these narratives (that makes it so obvious it is false) is that they put in a specific detail or two that is designed to give it a sense of “well that must be true”… in this case, it was the detail that it wasn’t just a girl, it was a 10 year old girl. Really? If this story was true and there was all this confusion and yelling going on as the girl was taken from her mother, how was it even possible for that specific detail of her age to become known?
Smith sure let this piece get out of control but I'd scarcely say that the leftist drowned out Corey. I don't recall Lewandowski giving an inch and in the end, I was almost glad Smith let it go....it showed the Democrap to be the wildeyed lunatic that he was spouting off false narratives while it also showed that Lewandowski wasn't about to give up any ground on this issue.
Your question is reasonable. What treatment did this child receive before she got to the border? Did she try to enter the country via extra-legal methods? If so, shouldn’t every parent know that if you get arrested committing a crime in any country you will be separated from your children?
If the act of separating parents from children is a moral outrage, shouldn’t we shut down all the Department of Child Welfare offices across the country? They grab kids from their homes and lock them in cages every day of the year.
Do any of these people feigning outrage remember Elian Gonzales? What was their opinion on that?
I am not going to defend Lewandowski. But it seems to me he wasn’t mocking the 10 year old girl, he was mocking or accusing the CNN host for shedding crocodile tears.
Does anyone remember the movie DEADZONE with Christopher Walken and Martin Sheen? Walken can see future. Sheen is rising politician. Walken sees Sheen becoming President who launches nukes starting WW3. Walken decides to kill him at a rally. As Walken takes aim with rifle Sheen grabs a small child and uses him as shield. Walken is killed. The images of Sheen using a small child to shield himself ruins him. My hope is that most voters see Democrats the same way.
