Okay, so I'm watching the congressional hearings this morning. They are questioning IG Horowitz. At 12:35 PM EDT, maybe 2 hours in, Rep Jordan is questioning Horowitz.
At that point Shirley Jackson Lee interrupts with "Parliamentary procedure" question. It's not of course...it's an attempt to make a political point. BUT she says, and I quote "and as well to fire Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein which they’re planning to do on Friday”
They certainly seemed, in the investigation that makes the case that Rosenstein should be fired.
Somebody else want to confirm?
Oh c’mon surely you can see all she is doing is creating a sound bite for tonight’s news.
Why would she have this sort of knowledge? Why didn’t anyone know when Trump fired Comey?

I would also add that there's a supposed document show down this week. If Rosenstein and Wray don't turnover all the documents by Friday, then Trump could take action by firing Rosenstein.

Have you ever noticed how supermarkets target different staples for price manipulation?
For as long as I can remember, there were cheap yogurts and premium yogurts. Every week there would be one brand on sale. This year, in New England, I’ve noticed that they’ve gone crazy on varying the prices on all the yogurt brands, in what looks like an attempt to confuse and up the average price. Anyone else notice that?
And, don’t get me started on the new 59-ounce “half-gallon” juice size.
The Senate has conveyed, that if Sessions is fired, they will NOT confirm any appointee for AG, thus making Rosenstein AG, by default. Rosenstein is the one who unethically appointed Mueller, his good buddy, and also signed a FISA warrant, under false pretenses. HE needs to be fired and prosecuted. I believe the next in line is Associate Attorney General, who is Jesse Panuccio (acting). He’s only 37 years old, and has been in office since February, after Rachel Brand quit. Probably doesn’t have enough experience to do the job. He IS a Republican, appointed to some positions in Florida, by Rick Scott. Fourth in line, is Solicitor General Noel Francisco. He’s the one who argues the administration’s cases before the Supreme Court. He, also, is a Republican, with a lot more experience than Panuccio.
Could be two proud Confederates. Don't forget Thomas Jonathan (Stonewall) Jackson.

Misstatement. Jackson-Lee would not be deciding to fire Rosencrantz and Guilderstein.
