Okay, so I'm watching the congressional hearings this morning. They are questioning IG Horowitz. At 12:35 PM EDT, maybe 2 hours in, Rep Jordan is questioning Horowitz.
At that point Shirley Jackson Lee interrupts with "Parliamentary procedure" question. It's not of course...it's an attempt to make a political point. BUT she says, and I quote "and as well to fire Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein which they’re planning to do on Friday”
They certainly seemed, in the investigation that makes the case that Rosenstein should be fired.
Somebody else want to confirm?

Trump never needed “cause” to fire Comey. The FBI Director serves at the pleasure of the President.

I remember that Malcolm Little the pimp and violent criminal changed his name to Malcolm X because slaves were often named after the last name of their owners in the 1800s. Maybe S.J. Lee is a blood relative as well as a person who perpetuates the names of dead white men.

Interrupted by Trey Gowdy again: "The gentlelady has not stated the parliamentary inquiry. The gentleman from Ohio controls the time and I would ask that the time be put back on the clock that was usurped by the gentlelady from Texas."
Now that was not a response I could have expected.
