It is both a pagan temple and a money-laundering operation.

Great call - it might start and not finish for 30 years, 2 billion later ala Boston’s Big Dig. It’ll start falling apart almost immediately and remediation and maintenance will take another 20 years. That’ll keep the unions happy.

Only costs about $10 million per mile for new urban interstate.

But Chicago has some of the highest union pay in the country.

Lots of people getting fat on this project

Maybe they could add about 250 rooms at Leavenworth.

Hey, it’s a start. And think of the savings.

We could build one wall of those rooms out of thick glass, and people could trow stuff against that wall all day and night.

A small fee of $5-10 dollars, and we could be turning a profit in six months... “:^)

Would love to see it turned into a prison that would house Obama, Comey, Rosenstien, McCabe, Hillary, Huma, Bloomberg, Podestas, et al.

Have them on viewing dispay in glass cells, $10 per visitor to walk through. $100 to urinate.

The national debt would be paid off in no time.

“Does that include the skim and kickbacks? /not rhetorical”

It’s the Chicago way.
EVERYONE gets a piece of the pie.
The taxpayers piece is paying for it.
