A Democratic congressman from New York state torched Nancy Pelosi this week, calling her "aloof, frenetic and misguided," as he joined a growing group of rebel Democrats who say they won’t back the Californian for another term as the party's leader in the House.
U.S. Rep. Brian Higgins, from the Buffalo area, told the Buffalo News that Pelosi has shown a lack of leadership and failed to produce an alternative to President Trump's agenda, such as pursuing a Medicare expansion or an investment in infrastructure.
"I will not support her," Higgins said in the interview. "She's listening, but this is my conclusion: She's aloof, frenetic and misguided.

Brian Higgins has been around a long time. If Pelosi were deposed, he might become Speaker himself or likely Dem whip. The fact he is from “blue collar” a Buffalo would make a nice political narrative also
Buffalo is a bit conservative I believe.

I think at this point Nancy is to the RIGHT of most of the Democrats in the House...so yes, Maxine would be a better fit.

Easiest way to get rid of Pelosi is to say for the last 30 years she has colluded with a “secret” group of Conservatives to make the left look like idiots. And she far exceeded what was expected of her.

After she called for “uprisings” the other day, she needs to be formally censured.
I think the Representative meant to say “failed to produce an alternative “ to President Bush’s agenda.
IMO she was given the job in exchange for lying to put an ineligible candidate on the ballot for President. She risked prosecution for treason, so the reward was big — the Speakership.
Now it’s starting to look like her crime will be exposed. The coverup is beginning to unravel so she is faking dementia, because there is no statute of limitations for treason. The best she can hope for is to be declared incompetent to stand trial.
