A long-awaited report by the Justice Department inspector general on the handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation by the FBI and Justice Department is expected to focus on former FBI chief James Comey and the decisions he made during the course of the Clinton investigation, CBS News' Paula Reid reports.

The findings, which are slated to be released Thursday afternoon, describe Comey as "insubordinate" while also criticizing then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch for weak leadership, Reid also reports.

Our side is waiting with gleeful anticipation for this report and subsequent justice. I don’t understand why. History does not support it. The Left is never punished for their crimes. Never.

Replace insubordinate with criminal.

“Unfortunately “insubordination” is not a crime. Comey will walk, as will all the other criminals. Somebody give me a good reason not to be cynical.”

Insubordination may not be a crime but Obstructing Justice is.As director of the FBI Comey Obstructed Justice by purposely failing to do a proper investigation into Hillary Clinton’s crimes.

“Unfortunately “insubordination” is not a crime.”

It is solid grounds for a for-cause termination and should help kill the stupid Mueheller investigation.

This is the MSM Spin. They have been at it for several weeks. All the time getting corrections/additions to the OIG Report. Then all is redacted. No one can be charged with Insubordination(Comey) or Bad Management(Lynch). Same MO Clintons have been using for many years. Recall 1) Its just about Sex 2) No controlling Legal Authority 3) POTUS has Executive Privledge, eyc...

OIG is in on the game from day one. Everything was referred to the OIG and the OIG postponed for 1 1/2 years. Now nothing will happen to any of these lying scum. It all falls on Sessions. Doesn’t matter what else he does.

It would be easy to have Comey fall on his sword for the establishment, only to save the swamp. He could hope for a future pardon.

Comey already has been thrown under the bus by the Deep State. This is essentially boilerplate. Only questions are “Who is next?”, and “Who will the circle the wagons around?”

Comey and McCabe will be thrown under the bus, a stationary Kabuki bus.

Yes, it will be interesting to see what’s in this report. But I am not confident we will be happy with it. I expect to see more words like “insubordination” and little if no discussion of criminal actions.

Plus I will be shocked if there is any finger pointing at Her Highness, Queen Hillary, in this report. No recommendations. No accusations. A done deal not to prosecute.

Hoping I’m wrong.

Yeah, what I’m waiting for is Comey’s response. He’s so arrogant that he won’t be able to just let this go. Look for an upcoming Twitter storm from him with quotes from Gandhi, Shakespeare, and Aristotle.

I heard Sessions just a while ago, muttering something about “going forward”, which should tell us all we need to know.

Describing James Comey as “insubordinate” is like describing Bill Clinton around his rape victims and interns as “flirtatious”. Yes, the terms are true, but they are so mild compared to the reality that they might as well be lies.

Perhaps I have the facts wrong, but it sure looks like Comey was a disgusting traitor, engaged in sedition and then in an attempted coup against the duly-elected President of the United States. I’m just basing that conclusion on Comey’s actual words, so I could be mistaken.

The fake news is saying Comey did some unusual stuff but no political bias was involved.

A simple question that should be asked of everyone who comments is this:

Does it appear to you that Hillary Clinton was given EVERY benefit of doubt, but Donald Trump was given NO benefit doubt? Why do you think this was or was not the case?

I understand the negativity and pessimism, but this is not the report......this is a leak to a sympathetic news organization.

What is interesting is that this same leak was given to ABC last week.

Typical gov’t inefficiency. It took 500 Very Special Agents to 18 months to generate 500 pages of whitewashed boilerplate?

I smell a white wash: criticism but no consequences, or perhaps a few firings of lesser players. Nose, please be wrong!

It's just that these hints in the news don't bespeak an attempt to soften the coming report, they look to me like the report actually says nothing that results in consequences. Like an investigation into the handling of the Email scandal that itself is handled exactly like the investigation into the Email scandal, but pretends to be different.

Nose be wrong!
