Mueller has nothing.

His charges are totally fraudulent.

Now Mueller is saying that the defendants are not allowed to see the evidence of the crimes Mueller is charging them with.

His motion should get him dis-barred immediately.

More evidence that Weasel Mueller is perpetrating a Fraud on America through his unlimited budget with no actual progress being made on Trump collusion (not a crime).

Clown Car Posse indeed.

A new American legal standard, you aren’t allowed to see evidence against you because it could reveal sources and methods.

Damned fascist Mueller

Is this the same Mueller who wants to sit with Donald Trump and ask him a list of questions?

So, no evidence and/or if there is, needs to handicap the defense so he can bully them and the court. NO WAY. Doesn’t matter who the defense is, Mueller should follow the law and common practice. If he cannot share the evidence, drop the charges.

Mueller feigns keeping things secret from the Russians for two reasons. He has NOTHING, and he doesn’t want us to know it even more than he doesn’t want the Russians knowing it.

The Russian part is simply a foil.

No judge could allow this, could they?

Despite Obama’s, Pelosi’s Comey’s, and Mueller’s best efforts, some freedom has survived:

Article the fifth: No person shall . . . be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law . . .

Article the sixth: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Once Mueller filed criminal charges as part of this theatrical investigation, he opened himself up. The accused has the right to see the alleged evidence. It’s time for Mueller to show his cards - or fold.

This tells me one or both of the following is true:

1. Mueller and his team never expected the defendants to even contest the charges in this case.

2. Mueller and his team shouldn't even be licensed to practice law.

If someone sat down in May 2017 and hatched a plot to destroy the professional careers of Mueller and his associates, they couldn’t have come up with a better strategy than what these idiots are doing right now.

I thought I’d misinterpreted the motion, but there it is in black and white: Mueller really is trying to keep the defendants from seeing the evidence against them. Wow. Why even have a trial in that case?

As stated Mueller never thought that this company would actually come to court. Now they demand their rights to discovery and Mueller is boxed in. Bwahahahahaha

Trying to keep exculpatory evidence and other evidence from defendants isn’t that uncommon for prosecutors. Sometimes prosecutorial misconduct gets the cases dismissed.

We can charge you with a crime but we don’t have to show you commotted it.

Heck, I charge Mueller with bank robbery.

Staying within the bounds of legality, the defendants should demand post haste a speedy trial, and keep hammering it until a judge puts that hammer to Mueller. If you’re not ready for trial, don’t indict.

Evidence is not necessary to determine guilt. Hell, let’s do away with trials outright. If you are accused, you get sentenced.
