Oh, well. If Gloria Frickin Allred says the President will have to testify, that’s good enough for me.

The President can and should ignore this nonsense.

He’s not going to testify at any trial. What nonsense.

Why would he hit on her? She was pretty average. Especially average now. Gloria needs to find a more attractive woman to be believed.

Yhrsr traitors never give up. But, I don’t think a sitting president can be ordered by a NY judge or any judge for that matter. He is the TOP, the highest authority of one branch of our gov’t, and as such, anybody’s recourse for anything can only go through the Congressional impeachment process.

Well I’ll be, I was just talking to Hub about how the chunky, badly drawn eyebrowed “Wrechen” Carlson has just put the last nail in the Miss America pageant coffin and he mentioned the Texans cheerleaders (none of which I feel sorry for in the least) and I told him if any woman has All Red in tow proceed with caution. If she were anywhere but Kalafornia, she would be disbarred by now.

“But legal experts expect Trump’s attorneys to do everything they can to keep him from being interviewed.”

No!, Say It Isn’t So.

Gloria Allred makes me think of Madalyn Murray O’hair. O’hair was a bitter old woman who sold herself to do evil like Jezebel in the Bible. Allred was cut from the same cloth. O’hair and Jezebel died horrible deaths. I’m expecting something similar will happen to Allred.

Zervos was the first fired in her season on the show then she pursued him to back her failing business ventures and only when he refused did she seek to portray him as a perv.

It’s like these women have crossed the threshold of “good looking” in society (I don’t agree with the premise), have done very little to move on and are ready made to humiliate themselves for politics and money. I actually care nothing of the moaning and groaning, frivolous lawsuits and same POS scumbag lawyers trotting out these bitter over the hill women.

Here's what she told the Orange County Register in 2006.

How things change.

SUMMER ZERVOS, Age: 31, Residence: Huntington Beach

Experience: Started as a restaurant salad girl at 13, now owns Sunny’s Restaurant in Huntington Beach.

Summer Zervos paid little attention to “The Apprentice” before she auditioned for it last year, but she still felt she knew what to expect. “When you work at a restaurant, the people who sit at the counter every day, they know everything about everything,” Zervos says.

“They watched the show and so we’d talk about what we’d do in those kinds of situations.”

She auditioned in Huntington Beach last spring and after many rounds of interviews was chosen for the show.

“Getting on the show is a full-time job, and so when you’re picked, you think, ‘Gosh, it was hard to get there, what’s next?'” Zervos says.

“It’s extremely intense,” Zervos says of the experience. “Hard work. I learned a lot about myself and how you respond when the pressure’s on. I left admiring Donald Trump a lot more than when I arrived.”

Hard work and hard times are things she feels she shares with Trump.

Her family had always worked in the restaurant industry, and most still do today, even after business woes caused them to lose their restaurants and to have to start over from scratch.

“They went bankrupt at the same time that Donald Trump did,” Zervos says. “He came out a little better than we did.”

She loves her restaurant, but the opportunity of “The Apprentice” seemed a once-in-a-lifetime shot. “Here’s a show that provides an opportunity to work for several companies and see how you’d do,” Zervos says. “A pretty exciting opportunity, wouldn’t you say?”

What seems to be lost in the analysis is that this person interjected herself into the campaign and Trump responded to her charges by denying them. Unlike Paula Jones, there are serious speech issues here. In virtually every campaign there are charges and counter charges and denials. Will each one result in a civil complaint, where the victor is deposed?

Where you deliberately interject yourself into a very public debate, you become a public figure speaking about a public campaign issue of general importance. Not only should persons who bring charges be protected from suit, so are the responses.

I cannot see Trump being compelled here, lest this become common practice.

I hope you realize, yesthatjallen, that the Hill is a commie, lying, POS website and that nothing that The Hill has ever claimed has come to fruition.

Do carry on....

"It would be very odd for the president to sit down for a seven-hour deposition on a relatively small harassment claim in New York...

Where does this seven hour deposition figure come from? That's incredible that it could take so long, and how does anyone know how long it would take?

And this is from 2007. There must really be some long statutes of limitation for this sort of thing. Unreal that a claim of unwanted advances could be drug up from eleven years ago.

This tells me that the media has realized that the Stormy Daniels case is going nowhere, and they have moved on to the next whining woman.
