I made a four-egg cheese omelet this morning. (only ate 1/2 - now have 2nd breakfast in the fridge). Colby Jack and Cheddar cheese.

BUT when I flipped it, it did NOT flip evenly. So it wasn’t perfect like at IHOP or Denny’s.

I’m fairly certain it was Global Warming which caused that to occur.

I know whatcha mean! I was sauteing onions, peppers and mushrooms today for some super-easy cioppino. Some of the onions got a little brown.

If that ain't Global Warming-caused, nothin' is! Too Trumpin' much warm!!

Global warming is why IHOP is changing to IHOb. Notice the “b” in global

Were the eggs from free-range chickens and the cheese from grass-fed, happy cows? There’s part of your problem. Factor in global warming and you have an omelet tragedy of Shakespearean proportions.
