I know whatcha mean! I was sauteing onions, peppers and mushrooms today for some super-easy cioppino. Some of the onions got a little brown.

If that ain't Global Warming-caused, nothin' is! Too Trumpin' much warm!!

Especially if I can use low-cost ingredients.

(Got to add some hot dogs to those BBQ beans I made (1/2 leftover) - BIG can of Van Camp’s with a dent in the side - so I used it up. BBQ sauce, ketchup, paprika, onion powder, garlic salt, and some frozen green and red pepper (chopped) from last years garden....).
