My memory may be a little off. I thought Jeff appointed Sessions-rump-swab Huber to decide whether to kowtow to the boss [Rosenstein] or not. Huber’s decision re a SC is a foregone conclusion: he is a brown-noser’s brown-noser. (The advantage being, once again Jeff evades his job. When anyone complains about the lack of a second SC and the brazen, gaping double standard, Sessions can smugly point the finger at Huber.)
