How is a lowly district judge ever “stinging”? This is like that Hawaiian judge. They’re irrelevant, the higher courts will ultimately have the final say.

Have you ever sent AMERICAN KIDS to prison with their parents when you sentenced them?
Ask a liberal if there is anyone on Earth (or beyond) who does not receive protection under the Constitution.
Then having a military with parents is unconstitutional and sending kids to camp or a private boarding school or public school for that matter!
Send the whole illegal family back.
It would be much more humane to dump them back on the other side of the border, wouldn’t it? Or, better yet, to have a real “Wall” so it wasn’t an issue.
Jail for judges! who cannot operate as judges that make lawful ruling based on legislated laws.
Impeach this judge.
No US authority prevents these law-breaking parents from taking their children with them wherever they go.
Then change the law to allow it.
Or we can use some national defense money to add more immigration judges! And make them roving judges with a Winnebago court room that travels with the buses, and they can hear the plaintiff’s before kicking them out.
Instant justice.
Criminals of all stripes are separated from their children every minute of the day all over the USA.
A bounty is the most efficient solution to illegals crossing the border.
