A man who called police on a group of black women golfers accused of playing too slowly at a Pennsylvania golf club denied to dispatchers that he was acting out of racism.
In one of two recordings of 911 calls to police, the caller says the group was "holding everybody up" and one of the women accused the golf club of racism.
The caller told a dispatcher, "We have a tough situation here with a group of golfers that decides they don't want to abide by the rules."
Asked if the gofers had any weapons, Chronister said: "It's even worse than that, but anyway I can't ..."
He then said no weapons were involved "other than her mouth."
The York Daily Record reports that Chronister told the 911 dispatcher that he knew Thompson.
"She ran for judge. She's an attorney. She knows it all," Chronister said. "She totally thinks we're being racist. We're not being racist. We're being golf course management that has to have play moving a certain way."

LOLOL. Thanks for the laugh, I spewed coffee on my iPad.
Plus sized gals, they say. You might need an elephant gun.
Ive been to high school graduations and watched the big mamas stand on their chair and shake their plus-sized booties, too, while they cheer. Uggh. Then they scream as if their little hoodlum just won the Nobel Prize or became a Medal of Honor recipient.
These women do not understand...everyone behind them was playing in curse-ive.
Next time. I’ll keep you to a Chuckle, to save your iPad.
Sorry! ;^}
This article is a little light on details but since you won’t stop asking questions that could have easily been answered by yourself, I did a little research for you.
in the past, players who have not followed the rules, specifically pace of play, have voluntarily left at our request as our scorecard states. In this instance, the members refused to leave so we called police to ensure an amicable result. During the second conversation we asked members to leave as per our policy noted on the scorecard, voices escalated, and police were called to ensure an amicable resolution.
It seems they refused to follow writer rules and then got mouthy...
You can no longer complain about any social wrongdoing by a “black” person. Being “black” is becoming a “privilege” in which you are not to be held accountable for simple bad behavior, because doing so - making the person accountable - would be “racist”.
“She ran for judge. She’s an attorney. She knows it all,” Chronister said
And she SLANDERED YOU, File a LAWSUIT!!
But Thompson disputed that, the newspaper reported.
“He saw a group of black women and told them to get off the course,” she said. “He racially profiled us. Would he have called the cops on a white group of golfers? Would he have done that to a white lawyer and judge candidate he knew? No.”
SUE HER FOR EVERYTHING She has
“have a hefty surcharge for taking longer than a certain standard time.”
Charge by the minute.
Or combine your golf score with your play time in minutes. Maybe divide the minutes by 2. Give people incentive to haul butt around the golf course.
Thanks guys. I’ve only played like 5 times in my life.
I figured it wasn’t really my game when I hit across a stream and it curved back so far it landed on the same side as me :)
Though I did sink a 20 ft putt on that same round....somehow....I guess that’s all part of the attraction though.

Those are the shots that keep you coming back to that stupid game. Ill never forget the time I hit the tee shot. Straight down the middle nearly 200 yards. I spent 2 years trying to do it again.

Golf can be great fun or the most frustrating thing on earth. I used to play now and then. I’ve been close to par but never under. I am the type where I can hit it straight down the fairway for 200 yards one time and the next slice it off into the woods.
The true masters of golf are consistent. It’s like a baseball player hitting line drives, every time a pro strikes the ball it hits squarely on the club face. Some of this can be developed but you really have to be born with it. I wasn’t :(
what’s your problem? I wasn’t there, it’s just common courtesy, what don’t you understand?
