Giuliani says WH wants briefing on classified meeting, thinks it could end Mueller probe (Updated)

Rudy Giuliani said Friday that the White House wants a classified briefing with the details shared with lawmakers this week on the origin of the FBI's Russia investigation, and hopes to use that information to justify ending Robert Mueller's special counsel investigation.

In an interview with The Associated Press, the former New York City mayor said that the White House wants a readout of the information presented to lawmakers, particularly on the FBI's use of Stefan Halper, an informant who contacted several members of the Trump campaign.

“If the spying was inappropriate, that means we may have an entirely illegitimate investigation,” Giuliani said of Mueller's investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Mueller was appointed by Rosenstein part of the DOJ same powers as a US attorney to prosecute would this not be a violation of the Appointments Clause Article II, Section 2 clause 2 and unconstitutional same for his 4 SAUSAs lawyers

Put the Appointments Clause argument (Mueller) together and get it before the Supremes. We might have just enough Supreme Court justices who care about constitutional protections of Presidential power.

As for the DOJ letting anyone see these documents they will stall until hell freezes over. The left keeps saying if Trump has nothing to his he should talk to Mueller and his gang of crooks. Using that Std if the FBI/DOJ have nothing to hide then turn over all the Documents that congress is entitled to with no redactions. They use national security as an excuse to black everything out. One example was they blacked out for national security the fact that McCabe spent $70K on conference table. I bet the Russians were just waiting to get that info. If Giuliani wants to see the file as part of Trump’s legal team Trump can declassify these which he should.

Flynn would certainly opened the door when he joined the campaign in Feb 2016. I wouldn't be surprised to see his name in the FISC application if it becomes public. The picture of Flynn, Jill Stein, and Putin was taken in Dec 2015. Obama hated the guy..
