Special counsel Robert Mueller wants to interview President Trump but how far is he willing to go to get the president's testimony?
Some legal experts believe Mueller might have gathered sufficient evidence for indictments even without a Trump interview. They say Mueller could be reluctant to get bogged down in the months-long legal battle that would ensue were the president to resist a subpoena.
Originally my thought was, Without question, Mueller will subpoena him given how he has handled this case. Im not so completely sure of that anymore. I think Mueller could say, Weve tried to accommodate them, were moving ahead, said Solomon Wisenberg, a Washington attorney who served as independent counsel Kenneth Starrs deputy during investigations into President Clinton.

If it’s true Pres Trump has demanded the documents from the justice dept... then mueller’s time is about up! If Trump is finally demanding.. then he can also say NO to mueller... and with today’s news and the new report to come out... mueller knows he’s not winning this one ...
Mueller likes balls.
How will Mueller justify the fallacious legal basis for his seditious efforts?
Since he’s already at the proverbial shouting phase (accusing people at random whom he thought would never show up in court) in his fishing trip I’m guessing he’s wanting Trump to voluntarily commit legal suicide.
Trump shouldn’t play along and tell him to get stuffed.
And then fire him before having disbarment proceedings against him started.
No.
Otherwise you’d be hearing about it 24-7 on CNN right now.
If the events that have unfolded in the courtroom in Mueller’s prosecution of Concord Management are any indication, I’d say any analysis of this subject should be predicated on the assumption that Mueller’s team is comprised of morons who never should have even graduated from the 8th grade, let alone law school.
The real question is when will Trump start playing hardball with Mueller?
The Hillary cover up game is over now it’s her turn for real facts to come out.
“Some legal experts believe Mueller might have gathered sufficient evidence for indictments”
whereas MANY other legal experts don’t think Mueller has jackshit ...
If Mueller had real crimes you would have seen it.
He made have a dumpster full of crap, like permit expirations at a Trump property or late library books.
“The law” has but a tangential bearing on this charade. It is as fake as every other thing liberals shred with glee, including the Constitution, due process, and you name it.
Or that Mueller likes guys?
It's not clear.
I remember it from “Team America”. The head bad guy/ terrorist said “I like balls”.
Any time the President decides to fire this criminal slimeball, I’m all in.
Lets see what happens in Virginia in the Manafort case plus what happens in the first Russia indictment. Muellers team has looked really incompetent so far in that one
President Trump is now playing Mueller like a Strad and is about to play the Cadence! If he lasts the week I will be surprised. Its time, way past time.
Yup
Why do you think Flynns sentencing has been delayed
