Uh, oh. The Hillary defense? That's trouble.

Why in the world can’t we hit the entire family with espionage charges and shoot them at dawn...after a fair trial, of course.

The wheels of justice are grinding along so slowly in this case. As in every other important case dealing with sedition and treason. It’s almost as if the Fed gov is trying to run down the clock on all the sordid obama messes.

There are plenty of congressional insiders who do not want information about the spying and criminal activity of Imran Awan and his family to ever see the light of day.

Why would congressional Democrats with access to classified information hire a Pakistani muslim as their IT tech in the first place?

Was it because he was willing to do a dirty job that Americans wouldn’t do?

Was he cleared to work in a sensitive job where he would have access to classified information and personal/insider information on congressmen and women?

Who gave him clearance or approved his employment?

How much about his criminal activity did Debbie Wasserman Shultz know and when did she know it?

That's the BILL defense, to you.

"It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is."

Note the phrasing was *documents* (e.g. *paper*). It says nothing of the servers and their electronic contents.

This whole case and the complacency by the members of congress being exploited by this guy and his relatives shows the absolute filthy depths of the “deep state” BS in this government!

Sure have to wonder IF the Awans ‘server’ was connected to Hillry’s server? I call the Awan spy case ‘blackberries’.

Why the Pakistani did is largely irrelevant. I want to know what the Dems did. Let’s see Wasserman Schultz’s PC.

I’m glad to see there is a “reason” for the delay. I thought they were just letting the statute of limitations run out.

Are we really supposed to believe that the same FBI and DOJ that are framing Trump are going to truly prosecute these guys and expose DWS and the Dem National Committee?

Maybe I did fall off the turnip truck, but it wasn’t last night.

The IT guys in the House criminal probe could read the following members' emails. The Awans and their associates collected more than $5 million in pay from congressional offices, often drawing chief-of-staff level pay though there is reason to believe many didn't even show up. The House's internal probe found they logged into servers they had no affiliation with, used members' usernames, covered their tracks, and persisted even after being fired. The money is broken down by year, congressional office and family member paid.

Awan Family Color Code

Unfortunately, there is no scale for the dollar amounts. For reference, Meeks took $60k from Imran (red), $3k from Abid (blue), and $187k from Hina (orange).

A full-scale cyber-security threat grips Democrats in Congress via IT aides Democrats, themselves, employed is the most important investigation surfacing from The Deep State. Daily Caller's ace reporter, Luke Rosiak, reported that IT Imran “was doing IT work on Democrats computers while living in Pakistan three-or-more months at a time annually." NOTE Half of the Republican Congress have officially signed on to the US labeling Pakistan a terrorist country.

Democrats in Congress Repeatedly Failed To Supervise IT Aides In Their Employ Officials Say
Daily Caller ^ | 4/16/2018 | luke rosiak / FR Posted on 4/18/2018 by bitt

Only one IT aide currently working directly for members of Congress has ever completed a background check, members’ data have been improperly mixed with other members’ data, and members provided almost no supervision, officials revealed Thursday in a House hearing spurred by “egregious” violations by former IT aide Imran Awan.

Members of Congress threw “$10 million” in additional funding to the [chief administrative officer (CAO)] in order to enhance their cyber-security program” in June 2017. The move followed repeated cyber-security threats against members of Congress, including the detection of what an IG report called “unauthorized access” by Awan. They also had the CAO and others propose how best to clamp down on vulnerabilities.

But the CAO revealed Thursday that members blocked the resulting proposal, which called for eliminating Awan’s job category, that of a floating IT aide accountable only to members. (Excerpt) Read more at dailycaller.com ...

====================================

Debbie Wasserman Schultz mentored the Awan clan, and now refuses to answer questions. The damage done to US ntl security is huge.

CONGRESS, PRESIDENT TRUMP, AG SESSIONS AND THE FBI NEED TO DETERMINE:

<><> She was then in power----heading the DNC, flying on AF One with her buddy Obama...we demand to know the extent of DNC assistance to (A) the three House members of the House intelligence panel, and, (B) the five House members of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs who were among the dozens of elected members the suspects IT'ed for on a shared basis. Some reports say almost 80 Congressional Democrats employed the Paki IT's.

<><>Were Democrats' govt intel computers ever transported off-premises?

<><>Did the FBI and/or Secret Service accompany and supervise the transport of the Democrats' servers?

<><> Did the Awan clan have an active email account?

<><> Was there continuity of Democrat intel computer activity or did the intel computers ever go off-line?

<><> Who received Democrats' govt intel?

<><>Did the Awan clan get officially qualified by the DNC to handle national-security-level data?

<><> Did the Aan clan ever “upgrade, manage, and secure” the DNC server.

<><> What - specifically - did they do?

<><> Did the DNC vet the Aan clan for security clearance to handle this type of intel?

<><> What were the DNC firewall protocols in place at the time?

<><>Who, by name, had access to Democrats' intel computers, and the administrative authorization to do so?

<><>When was that authorization given?

<><>Did the the Awan clan ever remove all intel data from Democrats' computers?

<><> Was malware or antivirus also on the servers?

<><> Was the inherent firewall, virus protection, or operating system “upgraded, managed, and secured” by the brothers?

<><> Did the DNC report any incidents such as DOS attack, hacking, etc. How were they resolved?

<><> Did the Awan maintain the DNC intel computer? Here and in Pakistan?

<><> Does the DNC know if the House Permanent Intelligence Committee computers in functioning condition at this time?

<><> Does the DNC have the work schedule of the clan just prior to being outed for security breaches?

<><> Were normal and regular backup procedures executed on the servers?

<><> Where are the back-ups kept?

<><> If no backups were taken, does the DNC have a disaster recovery location? Where is that?

<><> Did the DNC have a backup plan if the House Permanent Intelligence Committee plan intel equipment failed or was found to have been compromised?

<><> Does the DNC list other foreign nationals (from countries President Obama identified as terrorist countries) employed on Capitol Hill?

<><> Did the DNC list foreign nationals by name and country who currently have access to US intel and are using govt computers.

THE STANDOUT FACTS:

<><> The Awan clan had access to sensitive US intel from House Democrats' Intelligence and Foreign Affairs committees..

<><> The clan did not work for companies currently vetted to do such work.

<><> They DID NOT HAVE.....and could not possibly have qualified for.....security clearances.

uh-oh...a lot of somebodys want this killed

But in a Thursday court filing, prosecutors hinted that a deal could be in the works.
“The parties are currently exploring a possible resolution of this matter,” prosecutors wrote. “Therefore, the parties are requesting additional time in which to explore that resolution.”

Not too many Repubs are jumping straight up and straight down about the Awans. Why aren't they?

This deal, if it happens will probably kill any investigation into Awans and the Rat Caucus server.

From the daily caller:
Members of the Awan family logged on to the Caucus server 7,000 times without authorization between October 2015 and August 2016, according to a House investigation.

which means Becerra gets off scott free ? never mind he gave the feds a bogus server image.

Just shoot me.
