Schneiderman is eligible for a $63,000 a year pension - but the Albany Times Union reports that he has yet to file for retirement with the state.
The democrat stepped down last week after reports came out that he assaulted four women.

He needs to be disbarred as well.
Can the women he assaulted sue to get his pension?
Only 63K? Shoot, he was there for several years, it should be more than that./sarc
I doubt that they can get the pension, but they could sue for damages. I don’t see them collecting a million each....but I could see each demanding and getting $150k each.
Personally, I think license to practice ought to be the thing to go after, to ensure he doesn’t go back into the same profession and repeat issues again.
Its a rampant problem in New York. Judge Leticia Astacio our of Rochester has herself been jailed over and over for DWI and violation of her probation. Shes a regular news story (google her name) for her histrionics screaming at the supervising judge who keeps locking her up. Shes been pulled off the bench because she stopped showing up for work but still earns her $170,000 a year salary and they wont pull her paycheck. She earns that much in cash and seems to spend her days sneaking out of the county to go to casinos, trying to buy firearms and drinking, all violations of her probation. She even skipped the COUNTRY to go overseas!!
Yes, a total Empire Snake she is!!
Until Prince Andrew and his fellow felons are perp walked into Federal Court and the depth of corruption is finally exposed so no one can deny or excuse it, NY will be throttled with a deadly curse which wont go away.
Actually...
He is entitled to his state pension.
He may be a reprobate and all-around scumbag, but he did not act criminally in his capacity as AG and wasn’t terminated under a criminal indictment for acting contrary to his duties.
Typical.
The school guard who hid in the bushes at Parkland is getting close to $100K pension.
You know, just like Jack "Neutron" Welch, of the CEO-is-god movement, who decimated entire divisions at GE, helped massage the books to ensure optimal stock price by always "*just* beating" Wall Street expectations, divorced his own wife in favor of the 42-year-old female interviewer from Harvard Business Review, and who arranged for a $2 million / year for LIFE pension ("because, 'SMART BUSINESS' or something") while singlehandedly starting the outsourcing / offshoring craze ("we didn't give them lifetime employment, we gave them lifetime employability").
The American middle class, and white males in particular, have been under vicious assault for 30 years or so.
This vermin from Coward County is just one more worthless parasite.
He should have been a School Resource Officer in Broward County, Florida.
His pension would be over $100K a year and he wouldn't have needed that expensive prep school education and Harvard Law School degree.
It’s what they can get away with.
Corporations with their crony board of directors, governments with their crony politicians.
The tools are there for us to fix it, e.g., voting, but it’s much harder for We the People to organize for the general good, than for small groups of insiders for theirs.
Yeah, and he could have run and hid if he ever had to do anything but eat doughnuts.
Those accosted should sue for his pension
Odd how fast scumcuomo jumped on his back with knife in hand, m m m m m m m m ............
63K... date money.
Cuomo jumped on Schneiderman because it is afraid that Cynthia Nixon would use it against him. He is scared of her. You can see how he is going full bore socialist in this election cycle. He is trying to get the left of her.
No worries. He will make much more when it starts working for CNN or MSNBC.
Well, I’m thinking he deserves more, if the Coward from Broward gets 8700 a month. Eric didn’t kill anyone, just slapped them around a little. And yes, I’m being sarcastic, but govt employees always get a pension, no matter what evil they do, the rest of us peons......nah.
They could sue the State, he threatened them with the powers of his office, wiretaps specifically.
