I doubt that they can get the pension, but they could sue for damages. I don’t see them collecting a million each....but I could see each demanding and getting $150k each.

Personally, I think license to practice ought to be the thing to go after, to ensure he doesn’t go back into the same profession and repeat issues again.

They could sue the State, he threatened them with the powers of his office, wiretaps specifically.
