I’m not sure, but we don’t seem to have heard about any kind of prior ‘record’. (As I understand the ‘Promise Program’ it was designed as an intervention to reduce recidivism. He probably didn’t come under that radar.)
However, I’d be interested in knowing about any psychiatric treatment involving drugs, in this case.
Adderall is not an ssri. Aderral will not affect your brain in any way that it makes people act violently.
SSRIs? If he went off them cold turkey, there would be problems. But not going off of amphetamines. Withdrawal. Sure. But not deep crazy.
