Police confirm reports of active shooter at Santa Fe High School

SANTA FE, Texas - A spokesman for police confirmed Friday that they are investigating an active-shooter situation at Santa Fe High School.

It was not immediately clear if anyone was injured.

KPRC2 has crews headed to the scene.

Reporter saying earlier scanner traffic (8:03 a.m.) picked up one on-scene officer reporting seeing 2 IEDs and a possible ‘live’ pipe bomb.

Perp: 17 year old male, student/former student. [Name being withheld, pending more details/information.]

Police activity at trailer home where potential bomb materials have been found is where perp is said to live.

2 ambulances from adjoining county are on-scene at trailer park area.

Trailer park is approximately 3 miles from SF HS.

Official personnel are continually shuffling between trailer park and school.
