I do not envy young men in our society. A lot of them grow up without strong male role models. They’re shoved through an education that treats them like defective girls and they come out of that into a world that incessantly feeds them mixed messages. Be chivalrous... chivalry is sexism that means you think women are inferior! Women love strong alpha males... women want men to be sensitive and emotional. It’s your job to take care of and provide for your family… men are expected to do whatever their wife tells them to do, etc., etc., etc. There are so many of these that I could do a whole article on it (Mental note: Do whole article on the contradictory messages men get from society.) There are so many things you have to learn the hard way that I have a whole book on that topic, but here are a few of the most important lessons just for the guys.

Personally, I’ve been on a long journey to realize than men have got to stop giving their strength, their decisiveness, and their natural leadership to women as the cited scripture says.
Did you ever see the Woody Allen movie, “Play it Again Sam”? Well, I was like the guy in the movie who was so devourable by women. I’ve learned over many years that there is a lot of truth to what Humphrey Bogart says in that movie - not about how to get a women, even though that is true, but how to be a man after you’ve got her - love her, but don’t capitulate to her. I’ve learned that women will almost always try to get you to capitulate your role as the man and the head. But neither of you really want you to do that.

0. No such thing as ‘equity’ in a relationship with women. You don’t get credit for being a good father, helping around the house, being handy, etc. You are an economic asset in the relationship. Everyday you start at zero with the fairer sex. It’s easy from there.
matter what they say, women do not want nice guys.....except as friends they can cry to about the last jerk they went for right before they go for the next jerk to come along. If you want the girl, you’re going to have to be much more hard nosed about pursuing the things you want. Being nice won’t get you there

Is true! Last girl I asked out on a date went on and on about how I didn’t make her feel safe and told everyone on the job.
Then she started to want me when I dismissed her and looked elsewhere instead, and the whole office found out I didn’t care.
