Assuming most DACA recipients are Mexican and Mexican citizens and with fact that both Mexico and America are harmed by the policies of both governments, how about trying win win for a change.
Why not offer them student visas and scholarships if they and family register volunteer to go home. Then, after education here the DACAs can go home, make Mexico Great Again, and exercise their right to flourish in their own culture within their extended family.
And extend program to those from other countries.
