You should read the article ....

““We haven’t done any animal studies, and we obviously haven’t done any studies in humans, so I can’t tell you formally what the animal toxicity of this compound is,””

You are very fortunate.

I have been lucky enough to avoid hospitals and major illnesses.

But boy, do those aches and pains pile up!

As long as Dr.Russell was on the case, I wouldn’t have worried.

More than likely, I’d bought it an Eagle incident.

I have a few aches now, but I also recognize that for me at least, it’s due to my lack of exercise.

My back was giving me troubles. I started an exercise routine and within days the problem was gone.

I really do need to get on a sound exercise routine.

In southerly climes get an hour of sunshine daily in the summer and further south, all year. Otherwise take vitamin D3 supplements daily, 5000 units seems to be sufficient when the sun is at a low angle or you work at night. It is the best preventative for colds and flu. It has kept me free of those maladies for 14 years. My wife started that program 12 years ago with like results. She had a career as a primary school teacher and before D3 used to get sick 2-5 times a year. Ii the post D3 years her students were sick no less than before but she was not.

Hydrogen peroxide swabbed just inside the tip of the nose and in the ears a few times during the first signs of a cold coming on stops it immediately.

I hate colds, I’d rather have the stomach flu for 24 - 48 hours than a cold for a week or two.

H2O2 is the poor man’s antibiotic/antiviral.

Thanks! I will add that to my natural remedy collection-and it is something everyone keeps around for multiple uses...

One of my favorite things is when they give you a list of side effects that includes death, then cheerily tell you that if you experinece any of the side effects, you should call your doctor immediately.

“Doctor’s office.”
“Hello, doc? I just died. Can you take me off that medication?”

Well, exercise is what they keep pushing.

I try to walk as much as I can, not much more than that.
Lost my garden. (sob)

Aw, sorry.

Perhaps you can set up some sort of a table top container and raise some things in it.

Plants or even some sorts of other things...

Tomato plants aren’t real hard. Perhaps you could get some of them.

Best of luck to you.

Oh, I don’t mean to come off as a complainer - opportunity requires loss.

I have a good herb garden: basil, mint(s), lavender and catnip for the boss.

Now I use pots instead of the ground!

Good luck to you, too

HAL: Look Dave, I can see you’re really upset about this. I honestly think you ought to sit down calmly, take a stress pill, and think things over.

Cool...
