Wonder how long the swamp critters can survive unclothed???
He had an interesting show today.
Someone was sure trying to monkey with the outcome of this election, and they WEREN’T Russians.
If you read that entire thing, you have too much time on your hands. :)
Could some kind Freeper provide an executive summary?

Glad that Rush is digging for the golden truth.

It makes for a good conspiracy theory. Basically the same theory I came up with myself last week. But you need to be able to prove it in order to make anything of it. As of now, we still don’t have anything official on who the informant is or what he did. Just speculation.
The fact that the FBI doesn’t want to disclose his name even to the Gang of Eight though suggests that it will be embarrassing.
My suspicion is that Rush spun this tale mainly because as long as the information is secret, you can speculate about anything you want. They will likely decide ultimately that the real information is not as damaging as what we can imagine, and that is when they will release it.

The little birdies are saying that the unnamed person Rush is referring to is named Stefan Halper.
Did he tape his own phonecalls and save off emails?
I summarized a similar anecdotal incident here last Thursday.
For readers here, the gist of the Sundance thread was that Stefan Halper's job was to "dirty up" people like Carter Page. That means that he was to create "suspicions" around "tools."As an example, suppose Halper contacts Page out of the blue where Page has no idea why he's being contacted by Halper. He agrees to meet out of curiosity. During that meeting, Halper incidentally remarks, "You know about that Russian hacking of DNC emails, right?" This could actually be the first time that Page hears the notion of Russian hacking of emails. Now, with the thought planted in his mind, Page may say to someone else a week or two later, "Did you hear about Russian hacking of campaign emails?"
And just like that, he's now a suspect in the conspiracy and a target of communication intercepts.
I'm not saying that's how it went down (I haven't memorized the timeline of events), but Sundance is saying that Halper was the guy (in a Kevin Costner No Way Out kind of way) whose job was to create "implications" on people.

One lesson to be gained from all of this, Trump definitely should’ve cleaned house at the DOJ the day he took office. On day one, he should’ve fired everyone there not in the civil service, and then demoted every civil servant who had any leadership role in the Clinton investigation, or maybe even counterintelligence more broadly.

Sounds like we’re gonna need a bigger jail.
