Hollywood stars Morgan Freeman, Ashley Judd, and others associated with the No Rifle Association initiative (#NoRA) have signed a letter demanding Bank of America revoke a loan made to Remington Arms.
Alyssa Milano tweeted the list of signatories, which included Alec Baldwin, Michael Ian Black, Mia Farrow, Chelsea Handler, Debra Messing, Julianne Moore, Michael Moore, and Rosie ODonnell, and a page full of others. Signatories also included Parkland gun control activist David Hogg.

Whenever the NRA gets a loan or support, it makes the news and boycotts are immediate.
We have to combat this
The self importance and hypocrisy of these people is astounding. Will they attend the next award show without armed security? Or remove gun violence from their movies and shows?
I totally agree. Wonder when BOA will cry uncle? They might be surprised if they told these self-righteous azzholes to get lost! I won’t hold hold my breath for that.........
Please, please, puh-lease tell me they threatened to hold their breath!
Go ahead then Remington can sue for breach of contract.
BOA to arrogant Hollywood: FY or FO
That’s one tax I could support.
Two words for their ilk ... GET BENT!
I have MORE sets of words ... but these are the only repeatable ones!
The day CW II starts is the day I hope these aholes all get taken out for good.
Didn’t Remington just file for bankruptcy? This seems like a moot point now.
It seems they’re incapable of figuring that out.
I take it that Remington makes so called “ assault Rifles” , I assume that because we all know that the left does NOT want to take away all our guns, just assault rifles. LOL that is what they say all the time but we know better eh? So why are they not saying, we only want Remington to quit making assault rifles but okay to keep making the hunting rifles.
The gun grabbers are liars. Remington started out making flintlock rifles in 1813 and in 1868 produced the first large bore cartridge handgun (before Colt) a .46 cal rim fire using a conversion cylinder on their percussion revolver. Before that, it just .22 and .32 cal revolvers produced by Smith & Wesson.
I’m sure the gun grabbers wouldn’t even want to see Remington reduced to just producing flintlocks again.
how about we the people demand banks refuse to do business with these liberals because they have armed body guards?
Two can play at this game
IMHO, calling Ashley Judd and Margan Freeman “Hollywood stars” is a bit over the top for me. They, and the rest of the mentally unbalanced folks who signed on to this, are celebrities at best. I can’t type what they are at worst.
I demand the banks pull all financing of entertainment and funding of these mega Hollywood manufacturers. Its proven they lie about their finances, are sexually corrupt and treat their employees horribly.
Funding of any movie, tv or play should be halted immediately.
Let these stupid stars actually work for a living and risk their own capital for once.
Same goes for tax benefits - Georgia should pull any and all tax credits.
>> Wonder when BOA will cry uncle?
Well, AT&T is now groveling for acceptance regarding the business dealings with Cohen.
Too bad conservatives, like Sessions, are asleep when it concerns proactive measures against the corps pissing in our shoes.
AT&T is vying for CNN
Comcast proudly owns NBC, MSNBC
Disney proudly owns ABC, ESPN
DOJ can change the outcome of the mega media deals currently in progress — deals that involve AT&T, Comcast, Disney. But for as long as conservatives continue to remain asleep like Jeff Sessions, nothing will happen.
Yeah they likely have armed guards and live in gated communities.
Trump needs to purchase Remington. That would be the biggest slap in the face to these Hollywood tards.
Or else what?
You guys actually LIE about who you are for a living. Who the hell cares WHAT you think?
