It’s about time Pence (and other leading Republicans) spoke up in support of the President. Isn’t it wonderful how traditional politicians find some spine after the President’s candidates won primaries and polls show his “approval rating” rising above 50%.

Mueller’s stubborn (keeping the innocent Boston guys in jail for years, persecuting Hatfill for anthrax for years).
He’d take it all the way to Hitler in the bunker if he’s not fired.
Yet in the best Peter Principle tradition, he became speaker and promptly put all of his empty suitedness on full display. He might be pretty on the outside, but inside he is just another useless two-bit hypocritical pol.

NOT GOOD, for the Left. Pence was always looked at as the ‘good guy’ who was waiting for the chance to simply replace that oaf, that beast, Trump. Now Pence is letting the Left know that their dream is over...
Or maybe “Mr. Good Guy” is just following the rising poll numbers and primary wins, and deciding now is the time to come out of hiding. One of the things I love about President Trump is that he is not a professional politician. Professional pols are a loathsome lot, and Pence is a professional pol. Sorry for my cynicism, but considering how often we’ve been betrayed, there is good reason for it.
So now will the special counsel charge the vice president with obstruction of justice?
Yea, true...but Pence being right next to Trump gets to see just how UGLY the Left is - and Pence has the credibility with the ‘professional class’ to let them know.
The big problem for the ‘professional class’ Republicans is that they are CLUELESS as to just how much they’re DESPISED by virtually every Democrat in DC. All they see are nice guys, fun guys to party and drink with, who have one or two small differences with them on policy. Now, hopefully, Pence is letting them know that it’s MUCH MORE than that, and the Dems will JAIL (or worse) ANYONE who gets in their way...as their equivalents are now doing in Europe and Canada with ‘hate speech’ laws.
The Republican-controlled House can end this within an hour or two ... if they wanted to ...
