U.S. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., apparently has no regrets about his role in the release of the so-called Steele dossier, which is said to contain salacious allegations about then-candidate Donald Trump.
In excerpts of his forthcoming book, The Restless Wave: Good Times, Just Causes, Great Fights, and Other Appreciations, the 81-year-old senator who is recuperating at home following recent cancer treatment and surgery acknowledges that he delivered the information to then-FBI Director James Comey.
(A)nd I would do it again, McCain writes, according to excerpts published by the Guardian.
Anyone who doesnt like it can go to hell, McCain adds, saying he did what duty demanded I do.

McCain claims Republicans are on the wrong side of the immigration debate, arguing that it has been driven by zealots who fail to understand immigrations key role in America exceptionalism.
The anti-immigration zealots need to be confronted before their noxious views spread further and damage for generations the reputation of the Republican Party, McCain writes, according to the Guardian.
McCain also expresses regret for choosing Sarah Palin as his running mate in 2008, instead of his friend, former U.S. Sen. Joseph Lieberman, D-Conn.

McCain is evil.
Illegal immigration. They opposed illegal immigration, not immigration. Failing health doesn't excuse you from repeating the left's lies.
Repent before it's too late.
What a creep !
I think I'll pass on that one. I always said great men should not write memoirs. Too many times they say things that either are best left unsaid and, in some cases, destroy life long friendships.
Perhaps little men should skip memoirs as well.
Wish McStain would hurry up and get where hes going.
Gonna die with all that HATE inside him. They will not need to embalm him, his body will ooze the poison he has carried so long. A traitorous snake, if there ever was one.
I’m convinced that the Vietnamese beat his brains in. Boiled in a hot box. If an MRI was done on his head, he would have been denied a drivers license.
That is no more true than the Steele Dossier, but I am beginning to think he deserves the credit anyway, for pushing the Dossier, when he knows as surely as I do there is not a whisker of truth to any of it.
He has become a desperate, bitter little man.
This tells me the globalist satanic forces has him by the short hairs in this world and the next.
By saying this, McCain just offered to be the fall guy over the Steele dossier after he's gone. Once the crap really hits the fan, and the majority of Americans finally wake up and realize just how sleazy and illegal this whole episode has been, you'll hear the name John McCain mentioned a lot.
Everything Muller related will come to a screeching halt when McCain assumes room temperature and the entire affair will be like when they blamed assorted CIA accusations on the former head, now dead.
McCain’s grave will one day be as urine-soaked as Jane Fonda’s.
Ain’t nepotism wonderful?
The one going to hell, is you John McCain. Between the Keating 5 & the Dossier, I put you on the same boat as John Kerry. A stupid TRAITOR!!!!!
Libs are praising he as a hero.
Sadly, McCain was an instrumental part of the ongoing coup to overthrow the lawfully elected government of the United States.
