During the recent United State of Women Summit in LA, Michelle got very real with actress Tracee Ellis Ross, explaining why we need a shake up in the work place and it could be the most inspiring thing youll see today.
I wish that girls could fail as bad as men do and be OK, she explained. Because let me tell you, watching men fail up it is frustrating. Its frustrating to see a lot of men blow it and win. And we hold ourselves to these crazy, crazy standards.
Going on to call for change, Michelle explained: What Ive been telling men is, you cant have it both ways: You cant whisper these magical thoughts in your daughters ear about who she can be or what she can do .
She continued: If youre tolerating [inequality at work], that is the workplace thats going to be waiting for your little girl, but you sold her a bill of goods. You told her she could be anything, but then youre not working to make sure that can be actualised. And so men have to understand things dont just work out for your little precious pea.

I stand corrected.
she should know....she married one.....
Exactly.
Like her husband who is and was a big failure.
She was born bitter & ugly.
Her college theses topic:
“WHY I HATE AMERICA”.
Nothing has changed.
>>>Its frustrating to see a lot of men blow it and win<<<
Lots of Women blow it and win. You know, houses, cars, engagement rings...
That is one scrambled brain.
True, that’s what her husband did.
If I was picking a Paula Abdul song for Michelle, it would be less Forever Your Girl and more Cold-Hearted Snake.
I know, right?
Once, this woman was married to a Chicago politician, so a local hospital created a position and offered it to this wife. It wasnt like she was qualified or anything since the job didnt actually exist until the hospital decided it would be smart to employ the wife of a local up and coming politician.
So the $100,000+ job turned out to be simply denying medical coverage to poor people who didnt have suitable insurance. She would make sure the required emergent care was provided, but soon theyd be hustled out the door.
Doncha hate it when unqualified nobodies get 6 figure jobs created for them?
Wow, abandoning her man like this...
Darn! Does this mean she isnt proud of her country anymore?
You mean, like your Husband?
