During the recent United State of Women Summit in LA, Michelle got very real with actress Tracee Ellis Ross, explaining why we need a shake up in the work place and it could be the most inspiring thing youll see today.
I wish that girls could fail as bad as men do and be OK, she explained. Because let me tell you, watching men fail up it is frustrating. Its frustrating to see a lot of men blow it and win. And we hold ourselves to these crazy, crazy standards.
Going on to call for change, Michelle explained: What Ive been telling men is, you cant have it both ways: You cant whisper these magical thoughts in your daughters ear about who she can be or what she can do .
She continued: If youre tolerating [inequality at work], that is the workplace thats going to be waiting for your little girl, but you sold her a bill of goods. You told her she could be anything, but then youre not working to make sure that can be actualised. And so men have to understand things dont just work out for your little precious pea.

One recent president comes to mind...
Kettle meet pot....
Little precious pea???
What the heck???
What a bitter, ugly hag. Her daughters have little chance at a well-adjusted life.
Forever First Lady.
AUTHENTIC!!
Oh thank you God for Melania Trump!!
Mike shouldn’t speak in public without an interpreter
Can’t make heads or tales of this blather except.
MISOGYNISTIC!!!
We are really tired of you, Mike. Go away.
Hows your garden, Michelle?
Men should get six figure no show jobs like Michelle.
Dissing her husband or keepin’ it real?
Funny; it worked quite well for him - uh, I mean ‘her’...
When women fail as badly as men do, too many of them have a mental breakdown, retreat to a neutral corner and quit trying.
Sorry if that offends anyone, but I’ve found it to be true.
She wants females to fail? Men fail but are rewarded for failure? What the heck world does she like in?
And what is a little precious pea????

How about that. I’m sick of women who look, act, and talk like Michelle Obama that have never worked an honest days work their entire lives demanding respect.
