Crime set ups. Planting someone’s “DNA” on a crime scene. Also, perhaps blackmail & shake down $$$. With Hillary, no good could come of this.
Never having given it any thought before, how would a person’s DNA be useful to a criminal like Hillary?
1) DNA testing,
2) or actual samples that you can place at the crime scene.
I wonder if she had DNA samples on our congress critters and it worked so well, that the program was expanded...................

More like planting it at a crime scene, or planting it to set up somebody for other reasons. I saw a true crime show once about a person (not sure if cop or civilian) who worked in a fingerprint section of a crime lab. She used tape or something to transfer a criminal’s fingerprint to (IIRC) a car door handle to set up someone and and draw attention from her, the actual criminal. It worked — for a while. I think she had murdered her husband, but it was a long time ago and my memory might be rusty.
DNA would be even more dangerous in this day and age.
Just a thought, but she could have Podesta arrange a ‘meeting’ between an underaged girl and the person (diplomat?) she’s chosen to blackmail.
Then they wait until the deed is done - and then someone goes in and bags up the bed sheet. Since she would have their DNA on file, no need to involve a lab.
Her victim would soon make a payment into the Clinton Family Money Laundering Foundation.
Like maybe those raw data FBI files back in 1992?
Having someone’s DNA is great for planting evidence.

Maybe as one half of a private encryption key? There is work being done to see how DNA can be used for encrypting information.
DNA placed to frame a person for murder? You know when the clintons are involved money and paybacks are involved... so blackmail’s an option.
I have been reading about experiments for designer bio-weapons. Something that could be targeted. LOL
Could also be used to frame someone.

DNA in right place could frame someone for a crime. Say a drinking cup w fingerprints, placed at scene of murder. Saliva on cup gives DNA, that’s two.
For DNA sensitive computer systems? To clone them and replace them with zombified replicas?
