It is only now coming to light how Asst. Attorney General Rod Rosenstein essentially appointed the Special Counsel to take over the counterintelligence investigation originally begun by the FBI in 2016. Also previously unknown: part of the initiating mandate included the special counsel being granted use of a sketchy FISA Court Title-1 surveillance warrant initially applied against Carter Page in October 2016.

§ 600.4 Jurisdiction.
(a)Original jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall be established by the Attorney General. The Special Counsel will be provided with a specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall also include the authority to investigate and prosecute federal crimes committed in the course of, and with intent to interfere with, the Special Counsel’s investigation, such as perjury, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, and intimidation of witnesses; and to conduct appeals arising out of the matter being investigated and/or prosecuted.
(b)Additional jurisdiction. If in the course of his or her investigation the Special Counsel concludes that additional jurisdiction beyond that specified in his or her original jurisdiction is necessary in order to fully investigate and resolve the matters assigned, or to investigate new matters that come to light in the course of his or her investigation, he or she shall consult with the Attorney General, who will determine whether to include the additional matters within the Special Counsel’s jurisdiction or assign them elsewhere.
(c)Civil and administrative jurisdiction. If in the course of his or her investigation the Special Counsel determines that administrative remedies, civil sanctions or other governmental action outside the criminal justice system might be appropriate, he or she shall consult with the Attorney General with respect to the appropriate component to take any necessary action. A Special Counsel shall not have civil or administrative authority unless specifically granted such jurisdiction by the Attorney General.

The judge should rule that Rosenstein’s appointment of Mueller was illegal because of the lack of lack of a specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated and because of the mixing of Title-1 and Title-3 authority. The investigation should be halted, all indictments voided, and the evidence sealed as the fruit of a poisonous tree.
Nothing says banana republic like an investigation operating using secret instructions which were never written down.

and any notes, cue cards, sign language, Braille, flash cards, or whatever is associated with the matter.
<><> (C) if the two accounts aren't exactly the same......US Code 18USC1001 sends them to jail.
They can claim ANYTHING when they use the word “secret”.. and this judge had better not buy this lie from this team of criminals.. doing anything they can to take our vote and insert theirs.. thus declare another winner on Nov 2016. If that could stand as legal, we are in the deepest swamp there is, and time for a revolt!
I can’t find the words to describe what I think of sessions to allow all this on all of us... he’s a weak piece of congress who can’t get away from what they do every day.. which is to swindle the people and reap fortunes for themselves.. what a fool he was.
He shall never be forgiven for what he could have done to save us all, and did not do it. To be appointed meant he promised to (with his hands on the Bible) defend and protect the constitution and the people there in. He lost all credibility... worthless to the core!

Well, the verbal instruction must be true since Sessions thinks so highly of Rosenstein.
