Georgia governor candidate says 'politically-correct bedwetters' ruined Boy Scouts

Michael Williams, a Republican candidate for Georgia governor, said the Boy Scouts of America's decision to drop the word "Boy" from their name was the "latest example of culture rot.”
“For many decades, the Boy Scouts helped turn boys into men,” Williams said in a statement. “Unfortunately, they have taken a big step toward the eventual destruction of the very elements that made them such an influential organization.”
“They caved to left-wing social engineers who want to remove the concept of male masculinity from society,” the former co-chairman of Georgia's Donald Trump for President campaign continued. “Imagine the outcome of World War II if the Greatest Generation had been raised by these politically-correct bedwetters. You’d be reading this in German.”
The organization’s move to a gender-neutral name came on the heels of its decision to accept girls into its ranks next year.

I believe more candidates with the courage to state the obvious in contrast to the pc cultist will stand a good chance in the upcoming election. That is why Trump was elected, well that and a little help from the ruskies.

He’s right....and I was a Girl Scout for 11 years from 1958 to 1969....endured being made fun of even...but, was one of the best experiences of my life. What GS is today is a travesty.
As a GA voter this does nothing for me. I was hoping more from Williams and his big press conference at the Capital just fizzled.

Fortunately, the current absurdity can’t erase the indelibly good memories of Scouting in my youth.
It was not a “slippery slope” that we fell from, it was a cliff. ALL of this was predicted yet nobody wanted to say anything while the first Fag Oreo Cookie, American hating Muslim pResident was in the White Hut. It really sucks to see this great country wither on the vine. Our nightmare for America is the new normal for the future generations.

A lot of girls will flee the “cookies & crafts” for the lure of “serious outdoors”, cutting their numbers even more.
I just hope the Refugee Paradox doesn’t result in [Boy] Scouts being watered-down just because girls, who came expecting high adventure, find the boys’ activities rougher & harder than the girls want. Like my view of women in the military: they’re welcome to come, but don’t expect lowering of standards - and yes there are differences between the genders.

Most boys are every bit as wimpy as the girls these days. If they act like boys, the schools make sure they are put on mind control drugs.
