Prayers up.
Not good. Prayers up. We see the NV Air Guard flying all the time around Reno in these.
Im praying the pilot survived...
...and that it wasnt loaded with military personnel
Probably trying to make it to Hunter Army Airfield. Hopefully it wasn’t full of Rangers. Prayers.

You beat me to it.
My Brother-in-law was a Master Sgt for the 165th years ago. I am sure this is one of his old birds.
Probably one of the safest planes you can fly on. They’re a workhorse of Air forces across the globe and rarely do they crash.
More than likely had just taken off from Sav-HHI International. It’s about 1 mile west of the crash. When I worked for the prison system, I drove through this intersection every day.
Apparently only 5 on board, so essentially the pilots and loadmasters.
Aww, man. That’s bad! They fly to and from the base near here. How they stay in the sky amazes me. They are huge. Prayers up.
I saw a pic with “ANG”. Air National Guard?
Betting on cargo load shift....
Prayers up.
It MAY be Arizona National Guard. The article said something about them going to Arizona.
Most of the local c-130s that fly around here are camouflaged covered.
Puerto Rico ANG.
Found this with a google search.

That’s still bad. God Bless them.
Five personnel aboard C-130 aircraft that crashed in Georgia, survivors appear unlikely - U.S. official
I live in Savannah. Witness said it did a barrel roll after taking off by Savannah airport, then straight down. Police scanners saying no survivors.
Crashed in the middle of a busy highway. Hope no injuries on the ground
Is it my imagination or are we experiencing a higher than normal rate of US mil airplane crashes over say the last 30 days?
I am not an expert by any means, but crashes of these planes in particular are very, very rare.
