Making the click-through worthwhile: Iran deal defenders insist they always knew Tehran was lying all along; some overheated arguments about masculinity and books for kids; how most of the people making the loudest arguments in public discourse didnt bother to do the homework; and a really strange and implausible accusation against Mitch McConnell.
Wait, Why Did We Ever Trust the Iranians Again?
Fans of the Iran deal scoff at Israeli prime minister Bibi Netanyahus presentation about the long and sordid history of Irans secret nuclear program: There was nothing we didnt already know. Everything he said was already known. There is nothing new in Bibi’s presentation.
I dont quite get how hey, everybody always knew the Iranian regime lies all the time is such a sterling defense of the Iran deal. I mean, is that were so confident in the limited inspections that we dont think Iran would cheat by doing things at military sites? You cant argue, Oh, we never trusted their word and Thats why we have to keep trusting them in the same breath.
I know there are people talking about these documents not being authentic, Pompeo added. I can confirm for you that these documents are real; theyre authentic.
Pompeo said that the files spell out the scope and scale of the program that they undertook there, and I think makes I think makes very clear that, at the very least, the Iranians have continued to lie to their own people. So while you say everyone knew, the Iranians have consistently taken the position that theyve never had a program like this. This will this will belie any notion that there wasnt a program like this.
He added that the administration would leave that to lawyers, when asked if there was there anything in there that suggests theres an actual violation of the 2016 agreement.
Im reminded of a past warning about Irans treachery and ambitions by an American leader known for launching military strikes in Middle Eastern countries:
This is not the first time that Iran has concealed information about its nuclear program. Iran has a right to peaceful nuclear power that meets the energy needs of its people. But the size and configuration of this facility is inconsistent with a peaceful program. Iran is breaking rules that all nations must follow — endangering the global non-proliferation regime, denying its own people access to the opportunity they deserve, and threatening the stability and security of the region and the world.
That was President Barack Obama on September 25, 2009.
What percentage of the documents are from 2012 or newer?
It's possible that Iran had wasn't making any progress beyond something like the original heavy, hard to deliver, 'Fat Man' type of bomb and therefore decided they'd get more mileage out of trading away their program than out of pursuing it.
Seriously, not all conservatives support Israel. Whenever peace is about to break out, it seems they have another issue or another incident. Besides that, I’m in support of no regime change initiatives, either in Syria or Iran. They’re sovereign nations. None of the nations where we were involved in regime change are better off for it.

>> “ Iran Deal Defenders Already Knew Iran Wasnt to Be Trusted (But went ahead anyway)” <<
Who didn’t ????
.
.
Is your skull full of pudding?
The material Mossad intercepted was hacked in transmission from Korea. It was mostly recent.
.
Anyone who didn’t know they weren’t to be trusted is mentally impaired.
Which part was "mostly recent" and what part is s rehash is the question and so far there's been a lot of reference to materials from the info they got in 2003.
Now go back to whipping up pudding as you fantasize over yet another endless war in the ME.
Yeah because Jeb are too dumb to make one...Oh wait, Einstein, Oppenheimer......never mind.
.
You are one thoroughly befuddled puppy!
.
I swear auto spell is censoring me, Jeb=Jews.
We should have never made this deal with Iran but that doesn't change the fact that half or more of what comes out of Israel is just to throw gas on the flames and try to get the US to do what Israel itself doesn't want to do for itself.
are you actually saying that Israel made it’s nuclear bombs? You are not saying that right? We gave them every nuke they have.
Israel does just fine for itself, and for Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
.
.
“We” gave no nukes to anybody.
Nuclear technology is the creation of “The House of Judah.”
Jews we brought over here gave us our nukes.
.
Proof? I am saying they certainly could build them if they wanted to. Remember the fuss was made claiming they detonated one o coast of Africa many years ago.

Old news is different than fake news. And as I noted on the other thread, raises serious questions.
OK, the administration of the smartest person to occupy the Oval Office, past and future, knew and understood this. And consiously entered into a fake "agreement" of no standing against an enemy of America. Providing a nation which attacked and captured our Embassy and killed over 200 of our Marines in Beirut, estimated over 500 of our military in Iraq, with $1.7 billion in cash to promote worldwide terror, destabilize the mideast and destroy Israel. In my opinion against the interests of the United States. Given the fact that those who implemented those policies remain in government and aspire to elected positions, perhaps an investigation is in order. Just what level of collusion was there between Obama, Clinton, Kerry and the DNC and the Mullahs?
