Bard Globalization and International Affairs (BGIA) Director Carter Page will discuss the internal dynamics of presidential transition teams during the change of administrations and the roles of individual participants in these processes.
The presentation will include a discussion of the opportunities that these changes offer for junior personnel within a new administration as well as steps BGIA is taking to adapt to the opportunities that the 2008 election has created for the next generation of foreign policy practitioners.

During his Fellowship, HASC Chairman Les Aspin was selected by President Clinton as the Secretary of Defense in December 1992. From May 1993 – December 1994, Carter went on to serve as the Arms Control Action Officer for Counterproliferation Policy in the Nuclear Affairs and International Negotiations Branch of the Navy Staff in the Pentagon.

In DC the FBI (Comey and McCabe), helped bury the content by creating the appearance of re-opening of the Clinton investigation. This stemmed the NYPD and NY field office from making further public statements; and Comey’s move kept control of the investigation in DC; and ensured the investigative outcomes remained out of the hands of the Eastern District (EDNY) and New York FBI field office. They had no choice.
However, once the FBI reopened the investigation October 28th, they did exactly the same thing they had done from September 28th to October 28th… they did nothing.
A few days later they declared the second investigation closed, and that was that.

I believe Strozck was one of those “reviewing” the second batch of emails.
Her personal detachment at State (I was there before and after her) were basically a gaggle of bull dykes. Even though 95% of state are liberal elitists, everyone speculated she was gay, a teetotal drunkard from her arrival in the corridors and all this led to her “corridor reputation” as such. There was the matter of utilizing obligated funding to fund her (and Obama’s) test benefit for gays and their immediate families - so the question is how much obligated Congressional funding was diverted to giving housing to Gay’s partners, for their travel and then twisting the regulations to give these newly appointed family members positions overseas. Even in the State Culture “Gay Community” it believed a 15-20% homosexual representation at all missions overseas was a good recruiting goal. I served in Consulates and Embassies where the population hit those mark’s openly.
I read every word. I see NOTHING in what he engaged in that gives the slightest hint that he had a genuine connection to the Clintons themselves. He had a gig as a staffer on the House Armed Services Committee and was funneled into working on the transition team. Period. Les Aspin was a pro-military Democrat at that time. Something that began to become extinct.
Carter Page was used by the FBI to fake its way into domestic spying against Trump. He’s been all over the media asking, how can I clear my name of doing ANYTHING to warrant being spied upon as though I colluded with Russia. He has tried to clear up LIES told about him and his activities. Yakking his head off, to a world that seems mostly DEAF to his pleas.
It’s a red herring. Carter Page is not a Clinton Connection. If he were, he would be skulking around in the shadows and backstage, backstabbing on their behalf.
