They lost because they are not talented! too bad we live in a country where failure and indolence are celebrated.
When it was on Fox, I remember it was popular in the South & Midwest. Now they seem to be consciously trying to upset the audience.
I watched bits and pieces of the show. I always turned it off when the freak came on. Did they really think it would win? Always voted off when the viewers could vote. They probably cut some much better talent just to keep it on. That fifteen year old was much better and they could have promoted her rather than the freak.
That country music judge is not helping his career by kowtowing to the political correctness.
50s doo wop love songs gets my vote on You Tube!
i see the trump supporters watching more of the voice, where talent in singing matters more than the storied facade
American Idol “tries” to be as diverse as it can this season. We have:
1) A Transgendered/Transvestite contestant named Ada Vox ( actually Adam Sanders ), who performs in drag.
2) Jurnee, a “married” lesbian, colored contestant.
3) Michelle Sussette, who came from Venezuela as a little girl and is apparently a “Dreamer” waiting for Congress to do something.
They also have 2 blacks in the top 10.
Last night, the Transvestite, the Dreamer and one of the black singers were not voted into the top 7 by the American voting TV watchers ( and the judges could not do a darn thing about it ).
So, what does that tell us about America?
Americans judge people by the content of their character and their abilities and not race, creed or sexual orientation.
Actually, the contestants were moved into the Top 7 - ‘in nor particular order.’
Just because Jurnee was the last to be announced does not mean she was in 7th place.
Ah, clearly theyre not sending their best, are they?
Maddie sang a very subdued ukulele version of Bear Necessities, which was a totally unique presentation of the song.
Catie stood there and sweetly sang Once Upon A Dream from Sleeping Beauty, gently swaying to the waltz.
Caleb, Cade, and Gabby similarly performed understated versions of their songs. The losers tended to do diva showstopper renditions of their songs, again.

“Who the heck would watch that?”
Perhaps the racists who think BET is too conservative.
A few years ago a very good friend went to Atlanta to audition for 'The Voice'. He's a really good singer, and a friendly saxophone rival. I told him he should lay a little Johnny Hartman on them, but no, he did the same stupid vein-popping-out pop ballad crap that everyone does. Didn't get past the first round.
Yeah, I’m about as conservative as they come but I love this show. No one is mentioning that the last 4 were the same 4 that the judges saved last week. America didn’t vote for them this week nor last week. It’s a shame, tho, Dennis has a classically beautiful voice and I hope that he goes very far. Adam *the drag queen, has an AMAZING voice and will go far in Vegas at the drag queen shows. He*she is in no way a pop star. Michelle should NEVER have made it this far but she is bi-lingual and that matters to the judges. (?)
Katy Perry killed a nun.
Talent is irrelevant in a TV talent show. Winners should be chosen exclusively from minorities and in proper proportion each minority to each in order to encourage the talent-challenged minority kids out there to take a shot at the Liberal Lottery.
Hmmmm. I did see where one had passed away after/during the convent take over court deal.
should start a new show Crossover Stars
